Turn Off your Fucking Cell-Phone!
I decided to instill a new rule for the new location, no cell phones.
So…right on the front door (and in several more locations inside) I have placed signs that read, “in consideration of others, please turn off your cell phone”.
I can’t believe how many people don’t read signs or who feel that rules don’t pertain to them. I’m also surprised how many folks ask why they have to turn them off. I’m tired of selfish folks who live oblivious of everyone else. Nobody wants to hear your cute little ring-tone or hear your conversation. Turn off your phone and open your eyes…there is plenty of cool shit to enjoy if you would only slow down, shut your mouth, open your eyes and open your mind….

But what if you have a really kitschy ringtone, like the chicken yodel polka or “Rock and Roll McDonalds” from Songs in the Key of Z? If you haven’t heard of Songs in the Key of Z, you really need to check out that whole concept of outsider music. It will blow your mind.
